Over the last few years we have sold a handful of Friesian horses that we imported to the UK.

We are often asked where we bought our own horses from and actively encourage anyone looking to buy a Friesian to take the time to visit Friesland themselves. There you will find a much wider selection of horses so have a much greater chance to find exactly what you are looking for.

We understand this can be quite a daunting task and some people are not able to do this for a number of reasons.

So, from time to time during our regular visits to Friesland we will select a few horses that we would be happy to own and have as part of our Friesian family. We do not try to buy specifically for clients and simply adopt the same criteria we did when we first selected our own. These horses will be offered for sale once they have been fully assessed and we feel they are ready to move on to new homes.
