We will also identify a suitable and safe place from where we can set up on the day and will assess your proposed route in order to eliminate any potential problems that could occur. A week before your wedding we will contact your photographer to discuss photo opportunities, we will also contact you to run through all the final details that you will already have filled in on your booking form. During the week running up to your wedding the harness will be cleaned and polished, as will the carriage and all the equipment and clothing required will be prepared and loaded onto our lorry. The horses will be bathed at least twice in the week before the wedding with their last bath the day before to make sure they look at their very best on the day. On the day we aim to arrive at our set up point at least an hour and a half before we are required. Sometimes this will be earlier as we will always add an extra hour to our anticipated travel time in order to take into account any holdups. The horses, carriage and harness will all receive a final polishing and we will be at your collection location at least 10 minutes before the required departure time.
